Stressful Jobs

What Makes One Job More Stressful Than Another?

Stressful Jobs, there are many but what actually makes one job stressful for one person may not have the same effect on someone else.

We ourselves play a big role in whether or not our jobs become stressful to us or not, it all depends on how we react to certain circumstances and factors in our job which can determine the level of stress we feel and the detrimental effects it has on our health.

It is not always possible to eliminate stress from our workplace but we can change how we respond to it and this is the key factor in how we prevent stress from causing long term illness either physical or mental in our lives.
