But today’s modern man has far more pressures to contend with and expectations of what it is being male have changed. 

You are now expected to:

  • Be the provider and also nurture your family
  • Be a strong male but with a soft centre
  • Be able to share your feelings

Now all of these things are good but they do not always come naturally to some men and this causes conflict and anxiety and stressed out men.
