Taking time out every day for you is very important and is something that most people neglect to do. OK I hear you say that you just don’t have the time. My answer to that is that you can’t afford not to take the time to look after yourself both physically and mentally.
Stress may not seem like a real illness but it really is and in fact it can have a powerfully negative effect on your life in the long run. There are a lot of physical illnesses which can be triggered or worsened by stress; some may even end your life early. By taking stress seriously and learning to manage it, you are affectively improving our life.
Our tips are just little time out ideas which you can do for yourself. They won’t suit everyone and that’s fine, we are all different and we all have our own ways of relaxing.
