Chamomile – There are two different types of chamomile that are used for supplements and balms, the German and the Roman varieties. Both types however have the same beneficial effects and are very safe for human consumption.

It is basically a mild relaxant and so is used as a digestive aid, tranquilizer and immuno-stimulant. It is available is several forms, tea being just one of them and said to be a good bedtime drink to relax and aid sleep.

Herbal Medications Tonics

Relora – This is a new kid on the block which offers similar relaxing qualities to the benzodiazepine type of drugs without any of the negative side effects. It is completely natural and is derived from plant extracts.
