Deciding what to cook for dinner is so stressful
I'm not a very good cook and I don't have a lot of time to prepare meals and I'm a vegetarian, but I do like freshly prepared food rather than pre-packed.
The trouble is I know I have to prepare a meal every day for my partner so that he has a good meal to come home to and this really stresses me out. I worry that he will be fed up with my limited meal choices or I will make something he doesn't like.
Also trying to plan ahead what food to buy so that I can make different meals every week makes the supermarket trip a real nightmare.
So to get around this I have a stock set of recipes which I can use similar ingredients for and which I can alternate over a two week period, that way I don't have to worry to much about what to cook.
